The LCBO and Cider

After a few years of drinking cider, I have decided to write a blog about my experience in trying new products.  Before being diagnosed with Celiac I considered myself to be a beer enthusiast.  But that all changed with my allergy to gluten.  I discovered cider as I wasn't a wine drinker or a hard liquor kind of girl.  I embarked on a journey to try all the different ciders that were being carried by our liquor stores in Ontario known as the LCBO.  To my dismay, they have decided to stop carrying certain ciders that were imported from the UK.  To be more specific Bulmers Original Cider and Gaymers.  I am already missing those ciders.

This is my first step into this world of blogging so forgive me as I may not know all the tricks of the trade.  As well, I don't consider myself an expert on cider, but when I do open a bottle or can, I can always notice the aroma and colour right away.  As I go along in this journey, I will be learning the proper terminology to describe taste etc. I will give my opinion, but remember we all have unique tastes so ultimately we all have to decide what we like or dislike.

I decided to set this blog up late at night so of course nothing to rate yet.  So stay tuned for my first rating of a cider.

Until then....

Cheers!!
